These terms govern your use of the Mil Wan platform. We have written them in plain, clear English so you can actually understand what you are agreeing to – not in dense legal language designed to confuse. Please read them before you play.
Mil Wan is open to all players aged 18 and above. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement and that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction. See Section 2 for the full eligibility criteria.
All funds at Mil Wan are held and transacted in PKR. Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard are supported. Withdrawals are sent only to verified payment methods registered on your account.

Mil Wan reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point by requesting identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
All accounts on Mil Wan are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You are responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable laws in your own jurisdiction regarding online gaming.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on Mil Wan. Opening or attempting to open more than one account constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across all accounts associated with you, along with permanent closure of all accounts.
When registering on Mil Wan, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, a valid mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Mil Wan will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Mil Wan support immediately at support@milwan.ws. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available free of charge in your account security settings.
Mil Wan is required to verify the identity of players under applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. You may be asked at any time to submit copies of your CNIC, utility bill, or proof of payment method. KYC verification is typically requested before large withdrawals are processed. Refusing or delaying KYC verification will result in temporary restrictions on your account until the process is completed.
All financial transactions on Mil Wan are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
Mil Wan reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal while identity or payment verification is in progress. We aim to complete all standard verifications within 24 hours of receiving the requested documentation.
Mil Wan offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
All bonus funds on Mil Wan are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states a different multiplier. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement must generate Rs 30,000 in total bets before withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings is permitted.
Referral rewards earned through the Mil Wan Refer a Friend programme are credited as cash, not bonus funds, and carry no wagering requirement. See the Refer a Friend page for full programme terms.
All games available on Mil Wan use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the game developer and are verified through third-party audits.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round, Mil Wan's system logs are used as the authoritative record of what occurred. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the staked amount will be returned to your wallet. Mil Wan's decision in all disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
Bets placed in error – for example, on the wrong game or with an incorrect stake – cannot be reversed once the game round has commenced. Please double-check your selections before confirming.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mil Wan and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:
Mil Wan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other players.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure that was derived from the breach will be forfeited. Any balance that was deposited legitimately and not associated with the breach will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Players may request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting Mil Wan support. If the closure is requested as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, the account will be permanently flagged and cannot be reopened within the self-exclusion period you specify.
Mil Wan is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We take our obligations in this area seriously and provide a full suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.
Mil Wan uses age verification technology at the point of registration and reserves the right to conduct additional age verification checks at any stage. If a player is found to be under 18, all gaming activity will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method.

All content on the Mil Wan platform including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials is the intellectual property of Mil Wan or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Mil Wan content without prior written permission.
Game content is provided under licence from third-party game developers. All associated intellectual property rights remain with the respective game providers.
Mil Wan provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and fully functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and cannot be held liable for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside our reasonable control including internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mil Wan's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, or Rs 50,000, whichever is lower.
Mil Wan accepts no liability for any loss of winnings, profit, or opportunity arising from decisions made by players based on information or game outcomes provided through the platform.
Mil Wan collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately at milwan.ws/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, Mil Wan collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with AML regulations. Your data is never sold to third-party marketers. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI DSS-compliant payment processing to protect your financial data.
Mil Wan reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and display a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of Mil Wan after the notification period constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance.
The version history of these Terms is maintained internally by Mil Wan. If you need a copy of a previous version for reference, contact support with your request.

If your concern cannot be resolved through normal customer support channels, you may raise a formal dispute by emailing support@milwan.ws with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and a detailed written description of your complaint, the dates involved, and the outcome you are seeking. Mil Wan will acknowledge formal disputes within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days.
During an active dispute, Mil Wan will not process withdrawal requests associated with the disputed amount until the matter is resolved. All other account functions will remain available unless the dispute involves a security concern.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mil Wan regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings whether oral or written. Thank you for reading them – and thank you for playing on Mil Wan.
